Enrollment of Children of Classified Staff. 5.1 Children of classified employees who reside outside the Kirtland School District, and were hired by the District by September 1, 2003, shall be permitted to attend the Kirtland Schools. The parents shall not be charged tuition for their children attending the Kirtland Schools if the parent is a fulltime employee
