Classified Service. An employee will attain permanent status in the classified service upon completion of a probationary review period. For positions designated in-training, Article 4.2 D will govern when permanent status is attained.

Classified Service. All employees covered by this Agreement shall be in the County's Civil Service System and all of the provisions of the Rules and Regulations, orders and resolutions of Lancaster County passed pursuant thereto from time to time, not otherwise inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement, shall apply.
