Common use of Enrolment in FBL Clause in Contracts

Enrolment in FBL. X. Xxxxxx may submit a request to enrol in FBL through the designated request channel as notified by Xxxxxx from time to time. In order to enrol in FBL, Seller may be required to meet certain minimum requirements (such as seller account tenure, and minimum sale quantities), as notified in writing by Xxxxxx. Lazada may revise such minimum requirements from time to time. B. Acceptance of any enrolment request shall be at Xxxxxx’s sole discretion and may be conditional on Seller fulfilling additional requirements relating to training and enrolment formalities. C. If Seller’s enrolment request is accepted by Xxxxxx, these FBL Terms shall apply to the Products in respect of which the FBL Services are provided (“FBL Products”).
