Entire agreement and no reliance. (a) This agreement states all the express terms of the agreement between the parties in respect of its subject matter. It supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, understandings and agreements in respect of its subject matter.

(b) You acknowledge that in accepting employment with the Company You have not relied on any representations regarding Your employment made by the Company (or its agents or employees) other than matters expressly set out in this agreement.
Entire agreement and no reliance. 28.3.1 This Agreement:
(a) constitutes the entire agreement between the parties about the subject matter contained in it; and
(b) supersedes and cancels any contract, deed, arrangement, related condition, collateral arrangement, condition, warranty, indemnity or representation relating to the subject matter contained in it, that was imposed, given or made by a party (or an agent of a party) prior to entering into this Agreement.
28.3.2 The Grantee acknowledges that in entering into this Agreement the Grantee has not relied on any representations made by APIDTT (or its agents or employees) other than matters expressly set out in this Agreement.
Entire agreement and no reliance. (a) If and to the extent that any term of this Document conflicts with (Conflict), or regulates an issue not expressly covered (Omission) in any other agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof, the provisions of this Document will to the extent of such Conflict or Omission supersede the Conflict and regulate the issue not covered by the Omission, respectively.
(b) Each party warrants that:
(i) it has been given ample opportunity to obtain independent legal advice in relation to the terms of this Document and to negotiate the terms of this Document; and
(ii) it enters into this Document relying only on the Document itself and the party’s own investigations (including independent advice received by it).
Entire agreement and no reliance. 23.3.1 This Agreement and any Invoice issued by Alya Access under this Agreement:
(a) constitutes the entire agreement between the parties about equipment hire from Alya Access; and
(b) supersedes and cancels any contract, deed, arrangement, related condition, collateral arrangement, condition, warranty, indemnity or representation relating to equipment hire from Alya Access that was imposed, given or made by a party (or an agent of a party) prior to entering into this Agreement excluding a party’s liability for previous false, misleading or deceptive statements or misrepresentations (whether written or oral).
23.3.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Customer acknowledges that in entering into this Agreement the Customer has not relied on any representations made by Alya Access (or its agents or employees) other than matters expressly set out in this Agreement.
Entire agreement and no reliance. 10.1 These Terms (together with any documents expressly referred to in these Terms) contain the entire agreement and understanding between the parties and supersede all prior agreements, arrangements and understandings (both oral and written) between the parties relating to the subject matter of these Terms. No other terms contained in any order or document submitted by the Customer (whether in writing, verbally or by Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)) or any other arrangement between the parties, shall apply unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by the parties.
10.2 The Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Customer:
(a) does not purchase the Goods on the basis of, and does not rely upon, any statement or representation (whether negligent or innocent) or warranty made or given by KLL, except as expressly set out in these Terms or confirmed in writing.

(b) as trustee or otherwise); and to lodge a caveat against the title to any property in respect of which the Customer owns or holds an interest (whether a beneficial or legal interest and as trustee or otherwise), Customer (whether in writing, verbally or by Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)) or any other arrangement between the parties, shall apply unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by the parties.
Entire agreement and no reliance. 12.1 These Terms (together with any documents expressly referred to in these Terms) contain the entire agreement and understanding between the parties and supersede all prior agreements, arrangements and understandings (both oral and written) between the parties relating to the subject matter of these Terms. No other terms contained in any order or document submitted by the Customer (whether in writing, verbally or by Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)) or any other arrangement between the parties, shall apply unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by the parties.
12.2 The Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Customer:
(a) does not purchase the Goods on the basis of, and does not rely upon, any statement or representation (whether negligent or innocent) or warranty made or given by XXXXXXX, except as expressly set out in these Terms or confirmed in writing; and
(b) shall be responsible for ensuring that all and any instructions, recommended uses, applications and installation methods are followed for the Goods and any cautions and/or warnings observed.

(a) constitutes the entire agreement between the parties; and
(b) supersedes and cancels any contract, deed, arrangement, related condition, collateral arrangement, condition, warranty, indemnity or representation imposed, given or made by a party (or an agent of a party) prior to entering into this Agreement.
15.3.2 The parties acknowledge that in entering into this Agreement each party has not relied on any representations made by the other party (or its agents or employees) other than matters expressly set out in this Agreement.
Entire agreement and no reliance. 22.3.1 This Agreement:
(a) constitutes the entire agreement between Your Employer and you; and
(b) supersedes and cancels any contract, deed, arrangement, related condition, collateral arrangement, condition, warranty, indemnity or representation imposed, given or made by Your Employer or you (or an agent of either of them) before entering into this Agreement, other than those specified in Item 2 of Schedule 1.
22.3.2 You acknowledge that in accepting employment with Your Employer, you have not relied on any representations regarding your employment made by Your Employer (or its agents or employees) other than matters expressly stated in this Agreement.
