Entire agreement and no reliance. (a) This agreement states all the express terms of the agreement between the parties in respect of its subject matter. It supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, understandings and agreements in respect of its subject matter.
Entire agreement and no reliance. 10.1 These Terms (together with any documents expressly referred to in these Terms) contain the entire agreement and understanding between the parties and supersede all prior agreements, arrangements and understandings (both oral and written) between the parties relating to the subject matter of these Terms. No other terms contained in any order or document submitted by the Customer (whether in writing, verbally or by Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)) or any other arrangement between the parties, shall apply unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by the parties.

Entire agreement and no reliance. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between HIH Risk Specialty and Producer and supersedes and replaces any previous Producer Agreements between HIH Risk Specialty and Producer. No oral promises or representations shall be binding, nor shall this Agreement be modified, except by agreement in writing and executed by the Chief Executive Officer or Chief Operating Officer of HIH Risk Specialty. Producer agrees that it has not relied on any representation or statement of HIH Risk Specialty in entering into this Agreement.
Entire agreement and no reliance. This Agreement, which incorporates Appendices 1 and 2, sets forth the entire agreement and understanding between the parties with respect to its subject matter. Neither party has entered into this Data Processing Agreement in reliance on any prior or contemporaneous statement, promise or representation (whether innocent or negligent) made by the other party that is not expressly set forth in this Agreement, and all such prior and contemporaneous statements, promises and representations are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. Notwithstanding this, neither party limits or excludes its liability for fraudulent misrepresentation.

This Settlement Agreement constitutes the entire agreement among the parties and supersedes any and all prior understandings, agreements, negotiations, communications, or representations by or among the parties, written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this Settlement Agreement. Each party agrees, acknowledges, and expressly represents and warrants that he/it will not and has not relied on any statement, omission, promise, representation, warranty, condition, inducement, agreement, or communication made by or on behalf of any other party (whether oral, written, or implied or made through a course of conduct), unless the matter relied upon is specifically contained within the text of this Settlement Agreement.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Participant and the Company, and supersedes and cancels any contract, representation, deed, arrangement, related condition, collateral arrangement, condition, warranty, indemnity or representation imposed, given or made by the Company or the Participant (or an agent of either of them) prior to entering into this Agreement.
