Your Employment. 4.01 Work Hours
Your Employment. As stated in Section 3 of the Employment Agreement, your employment with us is contingent on your making the promises laid out in this Agreement.
Your Employment is conditional upon the receipt by the Company of satisfactory references covering a period of employment of 5 years, a credit check and you being entitled to work in the UK without any additional approvals.
Your Employment. 9. What types of employment are there? Forests NSW may employ you as a permanent employee (full-time or part-time), an employee for a fixed or maximum term (for example, for a defined period of time or specific task), or a casual employee. Your offer of employment by Forests NSW may be subject to a probationary period of up to 6 months.
Your Employment. (a) You are presently employed by the Company as a Vice President, New Platforms. The Company wishes to provide for an orderly sale and transition of [***] (the “Project Trident Transaction”), about which you previously executed a non-disclosure agreement, and for you to be part of this effort according to the terms below.
