Entire Agreement and Amendments This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement of the parties with regard to the subject matter hereof, and replaces and supersedes all other agreements or understandings, whether written or oral. No amendment or extension of the Agreement shall be binding unless in writing and signed by both parties.

Entire Agreement and Changes This agreement and the order constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior or contemporaneous negotiations or agreements, whether oral or written, related to this subject matter. Customer is not relying on any representation concerning this subject matter, oral or written, not included in this agreement. No modification of this agreement is effective unless both parties sign it, and no waiver is effective unless the party waiving the right signs a waiver in writing.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND MODIFICATIONS This Agreement along with its Annexes contains the entire understanding between the Parties with respect to the subject matter covered herein. Subject to any new regulations/orders stipulated by the TRAI/MIB or any order of a court/tribunal of appropriate jurisdiction, any modification, variation, alteration and amendment of the provisions of the Agreement shall be mutually agreed in writing and executed by and on behalf of the Parties.
