Common use of Entire Agreement and Severability Clause in Contracts

Entire Agreement and Severability. The parties hereto agree that this Agreement may not be modified, altered or changed except by a written agreement signed by the Parties and evidencing an intent to modify this Agreement. Except for the Parties’ continuing obligations under the applicable portions of the Employment Agreement, the Parties acknowledge that this Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between them regarding the subjects addressed herein, superseding all prior written and oral agreements. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
