Entire Agreement; Modification This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties relative to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all proposals, written or oral, and all other communications between the parties relating to the subject matter of this Agreement. Entire Agreement; Modification; Waiver This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between or among the parties pertaining to the subject matter contained in it and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings of the parties. No supplement, modification, or amendment of this Agreement will be binding unless executed in writing by all the parties or the applicable parties to be bound by such amendment. No waiver of any of the provisions of this Agreement will constitute a waiver of any other provision, whether or not similar, nor will any waiver constitute a continuing waiver. Entire Agreement and Modification This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements between the parties with respect to its subject matter and constitutes (along with the documents referred to in this Agreement) a complete and exclusive statement of the terms of the agreement between the parties with respect to its subject matter. This Agreement may not be amended except by a written agreement executed by the party to be charged with the amendment.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND MODIFICATIONS This Agreement along with its Annexes contains the entire understanding between the Parties with respect to the subject matter covered herein. Subject to any new regulations/orders stipulated by the TRAI/MIB or any order of a court/tribunal of appropriate jurisdiction, any modification, variation, alteration and amendment of the provisions of the Agreement shall be mutually agreed in writing and executed by and on behalf of the Parties.
