Common use of ENTIRE AGREEMENT; MODIFICATION OR REVISION Clause in Contracts

ENTIRE AGREEMENT; MODIFICATION OR REVISION. This Lease is intended to be a complete and exclusive statement of the terms of the agreement of the parties hereto, and this Lease supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreements, whether oral or in writing. Neither this Lease nor any term of this Lease may be modified, rescinded, changed, waived, discharged or terminated except by a writing signed by the party to be charged. Lessor and Lessee acknowledge their agreement to the provision of this Section 20(n) by their signatures below.
