GENERAL CONDITION OF AIRCRAFT AT RETURN. 23.7.1 The Aircraft, Engines and Parts will have been maintained and repaired in accordance with the Maintenance Program, the rules and regulations of the Aviation Authority and this Lease.
23.7.2 Aircraft Documentation (including records and manuals) will have been maintained in an up-to-date status, in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Aviation Authority and the FAA and this Lease and in a form necessary in order to meet the requirements of Article
GENERAL CONDITION OF AIRCRAFT AT RETURN. 22.7.1 The Aircraft, Engines and Parts will have been maintained and repaired in accordance with the Maintenance Program, the rules and regulations of the Aviation Authority and this Lease.
22.7.2 Aircraft Documentation (including records and manuals) will have been maintained in an up-to-date status, in accordance with the rules and regulations of the FAA and this Lease and in a form necessary in order to meet the requirements of Article
22.6.1. The records and historical documents set forth in Attachment 1 of Exhibit K will be in English except for such records and historical documents which were not translated into English prior to Delivery.
22.7.3 The Aircraft will be in the same working order and condition as at Delivery (subject to the other provisions of this Article 22, reasonable wear and tear from normal flight operations excepted), with all pilot discrepancies and deferred maintenance items cleared on a terminating action basis.
22.7.4 The Aircraft will be airworthy (conform to type design and be in a condition for safe operation), with all Aircraft equipment, components and systems operating in accordance with their intended use and within limits approved by Manufacturer and FAA.
22.7.5 The Aircraft interior (including cabin and windows) and exterior will be clean and cosmetically acceptable to LESSOR acting reasonably, with all compartments relatively free of foreign objects, dirt, grease, fluids, stains, grime, cracks, tears and rips and ready to be placed into commercial airline operations.
22.7.6 No special or unique Manufacturer, Engine manufacturer or Aviation Authority inspection or check requirements which are specific to the Aircraft or Engines (as opposed to all aircraft or engines of their types) will exist with respect to the Airframe, Engines and Aircraft equipment, components and systems.
22.7.7 All repairs, modifications and alterations to the Aircraft will have been accomplished in accordance with Manufacturer's Structural Repair Manual (or FAA-approved data supported by FAA Form 8110-3) or equivalent for the Aircraft.
22.7.8 The Aircraft will be returned with LESSOR's Engines installed and with the same equipment as at Delivery, subject only to those replacements, additions and Modifications permitted under this Lease.

GENERAL CONDITION OF AIRCRAFT AT RETURN. 21.10.1 The Aircraft, Engines, APU and Parts will have been maintained and repaired throughout the Lease Term in accordance with this Lease, the Maintenance Program and the rules and regulations of the FAA FAR Part 129, to the extent that such compliance shall not be in conflict with the equivalent rules and regulations from the Aviation Authority.
21.10.2 Aircraft Documentation (including records and manuals) will have been maintained in an up-to-date status and in the English language, in accordance with this Lease and the rules and regulations of the Aviation Authority and either the FAA or the EASA, as applicable, and in a form necessary in order to meet the requirements of Article 21.
GENERAL CONDITION OF AIRCRAFT AT RETURN. 2.1. The Aircraft will:
(a) be thoroughly cleaned immediately prior to Return and will be in the same configuration as at Delivery subject to any post-Delivery modifications, repairs or maintenance to the Aircraft which are permitted or required by the Sublease;
(b) have installed the full complement of equipment, parts, accessories, furnishings and loose equipment as when originally delivered to Sublessee (and, in addition, shall include any post-Delivery modifications, repairs or maintenance which are required or permitted by the Sublease) and as normally installed in the Aircraft for continued regular service. The Aircraft (including the Aircraft Documents) shall be in a condition suitable for immediate operations under IR-OPS or FAR Part 121, without waiver or restriction; and if any of the engines or parts tendered for Return with the Aircraft is not one of the Engines or Parts referred to in the Certificate of Acceptance or a Replacement Engine installed pursuant to Section 6.2 of the Sublease following the Total Loss of an Engine, Sublessor shall have no obligation to accept such engine or part unless Sublessor consents and Sublessee furnishes to Sublessor all the documents and evidence in respect of such engine or part in accordance with Section 6.2 of the Sublease, as if such engine were a Replacement Engine or such part were a replacement Part, and otherwise complies with such Section 6.2 with respect thereto;
(c) have a valid and effective certificate of airworthiness issued by the FAA, and if required by Sublessor (at Sublessor’s cost), a valid and effective export certificate of airworthiness issued not earlier than [***] days prior to the Return;
(d) comply with the manufacturer’s original specifications as at the Delivery Date, except as modified during the Term in accordance with the Manufacturer’s service bulletins or letters, ADs, FAA approved data (all of which should have supporting state of design approval) or otherwise as permitted or required by the Sublease;
GENERAL CONDITION OF AIRCRAFT AT RETURN. (1) All Aircraft documentation will have been maintained in English and in accordance with the rules and regulations of the FAA.
(2) The Aircraft shall be in working order, with all pilot discrepancies and deferred maintenance items cleared.
(3) The Aircraft interior will be clean by scheduled commercial airline standards and shall otherwise be returned in the same condition as at the Delivery Date. The cockpit shall be "touched up" in accordance with standard international airline practice and placards replaced as required.
(4) The Aircraft will be airworthy and all airworthiness directives requiring compliance prior to return and for a period of one hundred eighty (180) days thereafter will have been performed on the Aircraft prior to the Expiration Date.
(5) The Aircraft will be in full compliance with the Manufacturer's Corrosion Prevention and Control Program ("CPCP") specified for the model type by the Manufacturer.
GENERAL CONDITION OF AIRCRAFT AT RETURN. 23.10.1 The Aircraft, Engines, APU and Parts will have been maintained and repaired in accordance with the Maintenance Program, the rules and regulations of the Aviation Authority and this Lease.
23.10.2 If any Part installed on the Airframe, any Engine or the APU at return was not installed at Delivery, then such Part will have met the requirements of Article 12.4.1 at the time of installation.
23.10.3 The requirements of Article 12.2.2 will have been met with respect to the installation of PMA Parts and OEM Parts in the Engines during the Lease Term. Without limiting the foregoing, all stationary high energy Parts in the gaspath of the Engines will be OEM Parts.
23.10.4 Aircraft Documentation (including records and manuals) will have been maintained in English and in an up-to-date status, in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Aviation Authority and the FAA and this Lease and in a form necessary in order to meet the requirements of Article 23.9.

23.9.3 The requirements of Article 12.2.2 will have been met with respect to the installation of PMA Parts and OEM Parts in the Engines during the Lease Term. Without limiting the foregoing, all stationary high energy Parts in the gaspath of the Engines will be OEM Parts.
23.9.4 Aircraft Documentation (including records and manuals) will have been maintained in English and in an up-to-date status, in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Aviation Authority and the FAA and this Lease and in a form necessary in order to meet the requirements of Article
23.8.1. The records and historical documents set forth in Attachment 1 of Exhibit L will be in English. If LESSEE subscribes to Manufacturer’s on-line data access services, LESSEE must nonetheless return the Aircraft manuals with all current revisions provided by Manufacturer in CD, microfilm or other format acceptable to LESSOR.
23.9.5 All hard-time, time-controlled, time-tracked and life-limited Parts which are installed on the Aircraft will have an FAA Form 8130-3 evidencing the airworthiness of such Part at the most recent time of installation on the Aircraft. In the case of life-limited Parts, the documentation will also state the total hours and cycles since new. In the case of hard-time, time-controlled or time-tracked Parts, the documentation will also state the time since last Overhaul or refurbishment, will have a reference to the relevant section of the Component Maintenance Manual under which the Part was Overhauled or refurbished, as applicable, and will identify the FAA-approved repair agency or EASA-approved repair agency, as applicable, which performed the last Overhaul or refurbishment.
23.9.6 All Parts other than those referred to in Article 23.9.5 installed on the Aircraft will have FAA-acceptable documentation demonstrating that such Parts were airworthy at the most recent time of installation on the Aircraft.
GENERAL CONDITION OF AIRCRAFT AT RETURN. 2.1. The Aircraft will have installed the full complement of engines and other equipment, parts and accessories and loose equipment as is normally installed in the Aircraft.
2.2. The Aircraft will be returned with the same Engines and APU installed as at Delivery and with the same Parts, subject only to those replacements, additions and Modifications expressly permitted under this Agreement.
2.3. The Aircraft will have the cargo configuration as at Delivery.
2.4. The Aircraft will have been maintained and repaired in accordance with the Maintenance Program and the rules and regulations of the Aviation Authority. If Lessee complies with the Aviation Authority or the Maintenance Program requirements by means of sampling within its fleet, Lessee will, prior to Return, perform all required work to eliminate such sampling with respect to the Aircraft.
2.5. The Aircraft will be airworthy and ready for flight with all of its Parts and systems fully functional and operating within limits and/or guidelines established by the Aviation Authority and the Manufacturers.
2.6. The Aircraft will be in working order and condition (subject to the other provisions of this Appendix H, reasonable wear and tear from normal flight operations excepted), with all defects, pilot reports and deferred maintenance items cleared on a terminating action basis.
2.7. No special or unique Manufacturer or Aviation Authority inspection or check requirements or reduced inspection intervals which are specific to the Aircraft or Engines (as opposed to all aircraft, engines or parts of their types), other than damage tolerance inspections associated with permanent repairs to the Airframe, will exist with respect to the Airframe, Engines, or Parts.
2.8. All repairs, Modifications and alterations made to the Aircraft or the addition or removal of Parts will have been made in accordance with FAA or EASA approved data, be approved by the Aviation Authority and will have been properly documented in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Aviation Authority.
2.9. The Aircraft will be in compliance with all Airworthiness Directives affecting the Aircraft issued by the FAA or EASA on or before the Expiration Date such that no compliance action will be due within [*] months after the Expiration Date. Any repetitive Airworthiness Directive with an interval between compliance actions less than that stated above will have such compliance action accomplished immediately prior to the Expiration Date....
