Entire Agreement, Updates, Amendments and Modifications. This Agreement, including all Schedules attached hereto, constitute the entire agreement of the Parties with regard to the Services and matters addressed therein, and all prior agreements, letters, proposals, discussions and other documents regarding the Services and the matters addressed in this Agreement (including the Schedules) are superseded and merged into this Agreement (including the Schedules). Updates, amendments and modifications to this Agreement may not be made orally, but shall only be made by a written document signed by both Parties. Any terms and conditions varying from this Agreement (including the Schedules) on any order or written notification from either Party shall not be effective or binding on the other Party.

Any terms and conditions varying from the Agreement (including the Transaction Documents and the Supplement and Schedules thereto) on any order or written notification from either Party or its Affiliates shall not be effective or binding on the other Party or its Affiliates.

In the case of Equifax, only the Equifax Inc. Chief Technology Officer or his designee shall have contract signature authority with respect to this Agreement. Any terms and conditions varying from this Agreement on any order or written notification from either Party or its Affiliates shall not be effective or binding on the other Party or its Affiliates.

This Agreement, including the Schedules and all exhibits, constitutes the entire agreement of the Parties with regard to the Integrated Network Solution and matters addressed therein, and all prior agreements, letters, proposals, discussions and other documents regarding the Integrated Network Solution and the matters addressed in this Agreement are superseded and merged into this Agreement. Updates, amendments and modifications to this Agreement may not be made orally, but will only be made by a written document signed by both Parties. Any terms and conditions varying from this Agreement on any order or written notification from either Party will not be effective or binding on the other Party.
