ENTIRE ORDER. This Order constitutes the entire Order between UPS and Vendor with respect to the matter contained herein and supersedes any prior oral or written Orders, understandings, commitments, negotiations, representations, or proposals. This Order may be changed in a writing signed by UPS.

ENTIRE ORDER. This Order constitutes the entire agreement of the Parties about its subject matter and supersedes all previous Orders, understandings and negotiations on that subject matter, subject to sub-clause 10.4(c)(vi).
ENTIRE ORDER. Purchaser acknowledges that it has read this contract, understands it, and agrees to be bound by its terms, and further agrees that it is the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between the parties, which supersedes and merges all prior proposals, understandings, and all other agreements, oral and written, between the parties relating to the subject matter of this contract.
ENTIRE ORDER. This Order and the terms and conditions incorporated by reference or otherwise made a part hereof constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings.
