Common use of Entities Affected Clause in Contracts

Entities Affected. Grantee agrees to take appropriate measures necessary to ensure that all Project participants comply with all applicable federal laws, regulations, and policies affecting Project implementation. In addition, if an entity other than the Grantee is expected to fulfill any responsibilities typically performed by the Grantee, the Grantee agrees to assure that the entity carries out the Grantee’s responsibilities as set forth in this Agreement.
