Common use of Entities that Boycott Energy Companies Clause in Contracts

Entities that Boycott Energy Companies. In accordance with Senate Bill 13, Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., pursuant to Section 2274.002 of the Texas Government Code (relating to prohibition on contracts with companies boycotting certain energy companies), Contractor represents and warrants that: (1) it does not, and will not for the duration of the Contract, boycott energy companies or (2) the verification required by Section 2274.002 of the Texas Government Code does not apply to the Contract. If circumstances relevant to this provision change during the course of the Contract, Contractor shall promptly notify System Agency.

If circumstances relevant to this provision change during Respondent does not make that verification, Respondent must state here why the course of the Contract, Contractor shall promptly notify System Agency.verification is not required:
