Common use of Entities that Boycott Energy Companies Clause in Contracts

Entities that Boycott Energy Companies. Contractor represents and warrants that: (1) it does not, and will not for the duration of the Contract, boycott energy companies or (2) the verification required by Section 2274.002 of the Texas Government Code (as added by SB 13, Acts of the 87th Legislature, Regular Session, 2021) does not apply to the Contract. If circumstances relevant to this provision change during the course of the Contract, Contractor shall promptly notify TFC.
