Entitlement and Calculation of Payment. Full Subject to maintaining any superior conditions concerning entitlement, vacation entitlement shall be as follows: An employee who has completed less than one (1) year of continuous as of June 30th shall be entitled to weeks' annual vacation. Payment for such vacation shall be prorated in accordance with service. An employee who has completed one (1) year but less than two (2) years of continuous service as of June 30th shall be entitled to two weeks' annual vacation with pay.
