Part-Time. A part-time employee is an employee who regularly works less than forty (40) hours per week. The Agency shall not use part-time employees to avoid full-time benefits.
Part-Time. Employees in this category shall be hired pursuant to such procedures as the Employer may establish and shall be assigned to regular schedules of less than forty (40) hours in a service week, or shall be available to work flexible hours as assigned by the Employer during the course of a service week.
Part-Time. An employee who is employed less than thirty (30) hours per week.
Part-Time. A bargaining unit member who is employed less than thirty (30) hours per week.
Part-Time. A part-time employee shall be defined as an employee who is regularly scheduled to work less than thirty-five (35) hours per week.
Part-Time. All non-probationary part-time employees shall be guaranteed a minimum of twelve (12) hours’ work per workweek unless it is operationally unfeasible. Unfeasible shall be defined as follows:
6.4.2.1 The employee is unable to work the scheduled hours or declines to work twelve
Part-Time. An Employee who is employed less than forty (40) hours 30 per week, but at least 20 hours per week.
Part-Time. An individual so designated by the EMPLOYER whose normal work schedule consists of fewer hours than the full-time schedule.
Part-Time. Where Stewards function on a part time basis, the Stewards will obtain prior approval of supervision to leave their work to present and investigate grievances. It is understood that this will occur without loss of time or pay. Such approval will be sought only in legitimate circumstances and accommodate a timely release for Union activity discussed above.
Part-Time. A Part-time Current/Active University Employee is eligible to receive a Student Tuition Credit of 100% of the applicable tuition in a covered course or program for up to seven (7) credits per semester.
