Common use of Entitlement Orders Clause in Contracts

Entitlement Orders. If at any time the Securities Intermediary shall receive any Entitlement Order from the Secured Party with respect to an Account, the Securities Intermediary shall comply with such Entitlement Order without further consent by the Issuer or any other Person. If at any time the Secured Party notifies the Securities Intermediary in writing that the lien of the Indenture has been released, the Securities Intermediary shall thereafter comply with Entitlement Orders with respect to such Account from the Issuer without further consent by the Issuer or any other Person.

Entitlement Orders. If at any time the Securities Intermediary shall receive any Entitlement Order from the Secured Party with respect to an the Reserve Account, the Securities Intermediary shall comply with such Entitlement Order without further consent by the Issuer Issuing Entity, the Secured Party or any other Person. If at any time the Secured Party notifies the Securities Intermediary in writing that the lien Lien of the Indenture has been released, the Securities Intermediary shall thereafter comply with Entitlement Orders with respect to such the Reserve Account from the Issuer Issuing Entity without further consent by the Issuer Secured Party or any other Person.

If at any time the Secured Party notifies the Securities Intermediary in writing that the lien Lien of the Indenture has been released, the Securities Intermediary shall thereafter comply with Entitlement Orders with respect to such the Reserve Account from the Issuer Initial Secured Party without further consent by the Issuer Trust or any other Person.

If at any time the Securities Intermediary shall receive any an Entitlement Order from issued by the Secured Party with respect and relating to an either Account, the Securities Intermediary shall comply with such Entitlement Order without further consent by the Issuer Borrower or any other Person. If at any time the Secured Party notifies the Securities Intermediary in writing that the lien of the Indenture has been released, the Securities Intermediary shall thereafter comply with Entitlement Orders with respect to such Account from the Issuer without further consent by the Issuer or any other Personperson.

Entitlement Orders. If at any time the Securities Intermediary shall receive any Entitlement Order order from the Secured Party with respect directing transfer or redemption of any financial asset relating to an the Securities Account, the Securities Intermediary shall comply with such Entitlement Order entitlement order without further consent by the Issuer Debtor or any other Personperson. If at the Debtor is otherwise entitled to issue Entitlement Orders and such orders conflict with any time Entitlement Order issued by the Secured Party notifies the Securities Intermediary in writing that the lien of the Indenture has been releasedParty, the Securities Intermediary shall thereafter comply with Entitlement Orders with respect to such Account from follow the Issuer without further consent orders issued by the Issuer or any other PersonSecured Party.
