Common use of Entitlement to Certificate Clause in Contracts

Entitlement to Certificate. Upon exercise of the Warrants represented hereby and upon making all deliveries and payments as provided in Section 3, the Corporation shall cause to be issued to the Holder the Class B Common Shares subscribed for not exceeding those which such Holder is entitled to purchase pursuant to this Warrant Certificate and the Holder shall become a shareholder of record of the Corporation in respect of such Class B Common Shares with effect from the date of such delivery and payment and shall be entitled to delivery of a certificate or certificates or direct registration system (DRS) advice(s) evidencing such Class B Common Shares and the Corporation shall use commercially reasonable efforts to cause such certificate or certificates or DRS Advice(s) to be mailed to the Holder at the address or addresses specified in such subscription within five (5) Business Days of such delivery and payment.
