Entitlement to compensation for travelling time. An employee is entitled to compensation for travelling time according to the fol- lowing general rule and exceptions: General rule • If the employee is entitled to specific compensation for overtime work, the employee is entitled to compensation for travelling time according to Section 3 below. • If the employee is not entitled to specific compensation for overtime work, the employee is entitled to compensation for travelling time according to Section 3, unless the employer and employee have agreed that the employee shall be exempted from the provisions on compensation for travelling time.
