Entry by Homeowner. Homeowners reserve the right to enter the property for emergency or repair purposes or if concerned about Guest's care of the home. Homeowner will call the Guest prior to entering on the phone number supplied by the Guest at time of reservation.

  • Assignment of Overtime Work (a) Subject to the operational requirements, the Employer shall make every reasonable effort to avoid excessive overtime and to offer overtime work on an equitable basis among readily available qualified employees. (b) Except in cases of emergency, call-back, or mutual agreement with the employee, the Employer shall, wherever possible, give at least four (4) hours’ notice of any requirement for overtime work.

  • Permission to Leave Work The Employer agrees that stewards shall not be hindered, coerced, restrained or interfered with in any way in the performance of their duties, while investigating disputes and presenting adjustments as provided in this Article. The Union recognizes that each xxxxxxx is employed by the Employer and that they will not leave their work during working hours except to perform their duties under this Agreement. Therefore, no xxxxxxx shall leave their work without permission of their supervisor, which will not be unreasonably withheld.
