Common use of Entry Into Commercial Service Clause in Contracts

Entry Into Commercial Service. 10.8.1. The construction and development of the Project shall be deemed to be complete when the Completion Certificate is issued under the provisions of Clause 10.7.8 or 10.7.9, and accordingly the Commercial Operation Date (the “COD”) of the Project shall be the date on which such Completion Certificate is issued. The Project shall enter into commercial service on COD whereupon the Concessionaire shall be entitled to receive the Storage and Handling Charge from the Authority in accordance with the provisions of Article 15.

The Project shall enter into commercial service on COD whereupon the Concessionaire shall be entitled to receive the Storage and Handling Charge from the Authority in accordance with the provisions of Article 15.
