Part Commissioning. Part commissioning of the Project shall be accepted by GUVNL subject to the condition that the Minimum Capacity for acceptance of first and subsequent part(s) commissioning shall be 50 MW, without prejudice to the imposition of penalty, in terms of the PPA on the part which is not commissioned. However, the SCOD (Schedule Commercial Operation Date) will not get altered due to part-commissioning. Irrespective of dates of part commissioning or full commissioning, the PPA will remain in force for a period of 25 (twenty-five) years from the SCOD.
Part Commissioning. The minimum capacity for acceptance of first part commissioning at one project site shall be as specified in the respective RfS/ PPA document. The HPD shall be allowed to propose Hybrid capacities as per MNRE guidelines. The proposed solar and wind capacities shall be installed by the developer before final commissioning. If any shortfall found in the commissioning of project configuration, such PPA capacities shall be reduced on pro-rata basis.
Part Commissioning i. Part Commissioning of the Project shall be allowed;
ii. Power Producer shall need to comply with all the compliances and regulations to be required and undertake the commissioning in accordance with RFP for Part Commissioning as well;
Part Commissioning. In case of Solar PV Projects, Part commissioning of the Project shall be accepted by MPPMCL subject to the condition that the minimum capacity for acceptance of part commissioning shall be 5 MW. The PPA will remain in force for a period of 25 years from the date of acceptance of respective part commissioning of the project.
Part Commissioning. In case of Solar PV Projects, Part commissioning of the Project shall be accepted by Procurer subject to the condition that the minimum capacity for acceptance of part commissioning shall be 50 MW or Project capacities, whichever is lower. In case of Projects namely "Makrechha & Banghauli" of 45 MW and "Tikar I & Tikar II" of 30 MW, Plot wise/Block wise part commissioning shall be allowed under these projects without prejudice to the imposition of penalty, in terms of PPA on the part which is not commissioned..However, the SCD will not get altered due to part commissioning, Irrespective of dates of part commissioning or full commissioning, the PPA will remain in force for a period of 25 years from the SCD.
Part Commissioning. Part Commencement of Supply of Power of the Project shall be accepted by GUVNL subject to the condition that the Minimum Capacity for acceptance of first and subsequent part(s) shall be 50 MW (with the last part being the balance Contracted Capacity), without prejudice to the imposition of penalty, in terms of the PPA on the part which has not yet commenced supply of power. However, the SCSD will not get altered due to part-commencement of supply of power. Irrespective of dates of part or full commencement of supply of power, the PPA will remain in force for the period of 25 years from SCSD.
Part Commissioning. Part commissioning of the Project shall be accepted by JIL subject to the following conditions:-
4.1.6.1 The Minimum Capacity for acceptance of first part commissioning shall be MW (Intra State Projects) / MW (Inter State Projects) or 50% of contracted capacity, whichever is lower without prejudice to the imposition of penalty, in terms of the PPA on the part which is not commissioned.
4.1.6.2 The SCOD (Scheduled Commercial Operation Date) will not get altered due to part-commissioning.
4.1.6.3 In case of part-commissioning of the Project, the land corresponding to the part capacity being commissioned, shall be required to be demonstrated by the Wind Solar Power Generator prior to declaration of commissioning of the said part capacity.
4.1.6.4 Irrespective of dates of part commissioning or full commissioning, the PPA will remain in force for a period of 25 (twenty-five) years from the SCODor Commencement Date whichever is later.
Part Commissioning. Part commissioning of the Project shall be accepted by the Procurer subject to the following:
(a) The minimum capacity for acceptance of first part commissioning is 50MW and subsequent part(s) shall be 50MW, without prejudice to the imposition of penalty, in terms of this Agreement on the part which is not commissioned.
(b) However, SCOD will not get altered due to part-commissioning. Irrespective of dates of part commissioning, this Agreement will remain in force for a period of 40 years from the date of full commissioning of the project (the “Project COD”).
Part Commissioning. 14.5.1 The part commissioning of the Project shall be accepted by the Concessioning authority subject to the following conditions:
(i) The minimum capacity for acceptance of first part commissioning shall be 50 MW or 50% (fifty percent) of the allocated Project capacity, whichever is lower.
(ii) Subsequent part capacities shall also be accepted in multiples of 50 MW, with the last part capacity being the balance remaining capacity.
14.5.2 However, the Scheduled Completion Date, which is 04 (four) years from the date of signing the PPA, shall not get altered due to part commissioning. Irrespective of dates of part commissioning, the terms of this Agreement shall be as set forth in Clause 3.1.2.
Part Commissioning. 16.4.1 The part commissioning of the Project shall be accepted by the Lessor subject to the following 5 Insert scheduled completion date as per finalised detailed project report. conditions:
(i) The minimum capacity for acceptance of first part commissioning shall be 50 MW or 50% (fifty percent) of the allocated Project capacity, whichever is lower.
(ii) The subsequent commissioning shall be carried out in a maximum of 2 installments, with the capacity of each instalment being chosen by the Lessee.
16.4.2 However, the Scheduled Completion Date, which is 04 (four) years from the date of acceptance of DPR, shall not get altered due to part commissioning. Irrespective of dates of part commissioning, the term of this Agreement shall be as set forth in Clause 3.1.
