Common use of Entry into Premises Clause in Contracts

Entry into Premises. the Receiver and any person(s) duly authorized by him shall, for the purpose of exercising any of the Receiver's powers aforementioned, have the right to enter any premises where the Charged Assets or any part thereof, may for the time being be, or where they are reasonably thought to be placed, and to remain on such premises for so long as may be necessary for the Receiver or such authorized person(s) to exercise such powers as aforesaid and where any such premises belong to, or is in the control of third parties, the Chargor shall procure access to such premises for the Receiver or such authorized person(s);
