Common use of Entry of Personnel Clause in Contracts

Entry of Personnel. Each Contracting Party shall endeavor, to the extent possible, in accordance with its applicable laws and regulations, to facilitate the procedures for the entry, sojourn and residence of natural persons of another Contracting Party who wish to enter the territory of the former Contracting Party and to remain therein for the purpose of conducting business activities in connection with investments.

Entry of Personnel. Each Contracting Party shall endeavorshall, subject to the extent possible, in accordance with its applicable laws and regulations, treat favourably the applications relating to facilitate investments and grant expeditiously• the procedures for the entry, sojourn and residence of natural persons of another Contracting Party who wish to enter the necessary permits required in its territory of the former Contracting Party and to remain therein for the purpose of conducting business activities in connection with investmentsinvestments by investors of the other Contracting Party.
