Entry of Sale Procedure Order. The Bankruptcy Court shall have entered the Sale Procedure Order. Such Sale Procedure Order shall be in full force and effect and shall not have been modified, amended, stayed, vacated, or reversed as a whole or in part without the Lender’s prior written consent and no procedure, deadline or provision in the Sale Procedure Order shall have been modified, waived or not enforced by the Borrowers without the Lender’s prior written consent.
