Common use of ENVELOPE No Clause in Contracts

ENVELOPE No. 2: (Financial Bid) a) This envelope shall be opened online immediately after opening of Xxxxxxxx Xx. 0, only if contents of Envelope No. 1 are found to be acceptable to the Department. The tendered rates in Schedule ‘B’ or percentage above/below the estimated rates shall then be read out. in the presence of bidders who remain present at the time of opening of Envelope No. 2.
