Common use of ENVELOPE No Clause in Contracts

ENVELOPE No. 2 TENDER (FINANCIAL BID) 1. The contractor shall quote for the work as per details given in the main tender and also based on the detailed set of conditions issued / Additional stipulations made by the Department as informed to him by a letter from Xx.XXX / CEO after Pre-Tender Conference. His tender shall be unconditional.

ENVELOPE No. 2 TENDER (FINANCIAL BID) 1.
