Environmental procurement policies and activities related to the completion of any Work will include, whenever practicable, but are not limited to: The use of recycled and/or recyclable products in daily operations (i.e. 30%, 50%, 100% PCW paper, chlorine process free, triclosan free hand cleaner, etc.); The use of energy-star compliant equipment; The use of alternative fuel and hybrid vehicles, and implementation of protocols aimed at increasing the efficiency of vehicle operation; The implementation of internal waste reduction and reuse protocol(s); and Water and resource conservation activities within facilities, including bans on individual serving bottled water and the use of compostable food service products.
Environmental Compliance The Borrower and its Subsidiaries conduct in the ordinary course of business a review of the effect of existing Environmental Laws and claims alleging potential liability or responsibility for violation of any Environmental Law on their respective businesses, operations and properties, and as a result thereof the Borrower has reasonably concluded that such Environmental Laws and claims could not, individually or in the aggregate, reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
Project Reporting During the course of Implementation Services, the NAVITAIRE Hosted Revenue Accounting Services Project Manager will coordinate status reporting with the NAVITAIRE Hosted Reservation Services Project Manager. Following completion of installation of the Hosted Reservation Services, the NAVITAIRE Hosted Revenue Accounting Services Project Manager will provide Customer with status on the remaining Implementation Services for Hosted Revenue Accounting Services as follows; (a) Weekly Project Plan Update and Status Report; (b) Weekly Updated Issues/Resolution List; and (c) Executive Summary.
SHOP DRAWINGS, PRODUCT DATA AND SAMPLES 4.12.1 Shop Drawings are drawings, diagrams, schedules and other, data specially prepared for the Work by the Contractor or any Subcontractor, manufacturer, supplier or distributor to illustrate some portion of the Work.
DEVELOPMENTAL REQUIREMENTS The Personal Development Plan (PDP) for addressing developmental gaps is attached as Annexure B.
