EPC Contractor Compliance with Subcontracts. EPC Contractor shall perform all of its obligations and agreements with each of its Subcontractors and/or Material Suppliers and shall fully pay each such entity the agreed price for its Work properly completed. In the event that EPC Contractor fails to pay any amount to Subcontractor or Material Supplier as required under its applicable Subcontract, Client shall have the option (but not the obligation), upon written notice to EPC Contractor, to pay such amount directly to such Subcontractor or Material Supplier directly and to deduct the amount so paid from the Contract Sum.
