EPP Tokens Sample Clauses

EPP Tokens. Customer may redeem the number of Enterprise Purchasing Program (“EPP”) Tokens listed on the ELA Schedule during the ELA Period. Customer can redeem EPP Tokens by accessing the VMware EPP portal via My VMware located at xxxxx://xx.xxxxxx.xxx/web/vmware/login. All EPP Tokens will be deemed delivered and accepted when VMware makes the EPP Tokens available to Customer in the EPP Portal. Any EPP Tokens that are not redeemed prior to the termination of the ELA Period will expire, and Customer will not be entitled to a refund for any unused EPP Tokens. Customer’s use of EPP Tokens is subject to the terms of the VMware EPP Guide posted at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/xx/xxxxxxxxxxx. If there is a conflict between this ELA and the EPP Guide, the terms of this ELA shall govern. For the purposes of the EPP Portal, the “EPP Period” is the ELA Period. Any software that Customer redeems in the EPP Portal will be referred to as “Redeemed Software” for the purposes of this ELA and may only be used in the Territory. Customer’s use of the Redeemed Software is subject to the End User License Agreement which can be found at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxx/xxxx.

EPP Tokens. Customer is purchasing the following EPP Tokens (“Maximum EPP Tokens Allowance”) to obtain Redeemed Software during the ELA Period. Customer may redeem EPP Tokens for Software on VMware's price list made eligible for EPP Token redemption in the EPP Portal as of and after the Effective Date.

Where an employee is absent from work because of illness or accident and has advised the company in accordance with Clause 33 – Personal Leave of the award, the company shall ensure that the employee’s tools are securely stored during his/her absence.
