Equal Employment Opportunity and Verification of Immigration Status. Contractor shall comply with applicable laws, regulations and special requirements of the Contract Documents regarding equal employment opportunity and affirmative action programs; and specifically shall comply with all requirements of the federal immigration verification system to determine the work eligibility status of new employees physically performing services within the State of Wyoming, if required by state or federal law or regulation.

Equal Employment Opportunity and Verification of Immigration Status. Demolition Contractor shall comply with applicable laws, regulations and special requirements of the Contract Documents regarding equal employment opportunity and affirmative action programs; and specifically shall comply with all requirements of the federal immigration verification system to determine the Demolition Work eligibility status of new employees physically performing services within the State of Wyoming, if required by state or federal law or regulation.
