Submittal Procedures. 10.19.4.1 Before submitting each Shop Drawing or Sample, Contractor shall have determined and verified:
10.19.4.1.1 All field measurements, quantities, dimensions, specified performance criteria, installation requirements, materials, catalog numbers, and similar information with respect thereto;
10.19.4.1.2 All materials with respect to intended use, fabrication, shipping, handling, storage, assembly, and installation pertaining to the performance of the Work;
10.19.4.1.3 All information relative to means, methods, techniques, sequences, and procedures of construction and safety precautions and programs incident thereto; and
10.19.4.1.4 Contractor shall also have reviewed and coordinated each Shop Drawing or Sample with other Shop Drawings and Samples and with the requirements of the Work and the Contract Documents.
10.19.4.2 Each submittal shall bear a stamp or specific written indication that Contractor has satisfied Contractor's obligations under the Contract Documents with respect to Contractor's review and approval of that submittal.
10.19.4.3 At the time of each submittal, Contractor shall give Architect specific written notice of such variations, if any, that the Shop Drawing or Sample submitted may have from the requirements of the Contract Documents, such notice to be in a written communication separate from the submittal; and, in addition, shall cause a specific notation to be made on each Shop Drawing and Sample submitted to Architect for review and approval of each such variation.
Submittal Procedures. Contractor shall transmit each item using Owner’s standard format. Contractor shall identify the project by Owner’s assigned project number, Contractor, Subcontractor and supplier. Contractor shall identify pertinent drawing sheet and detail number and specification section number as appropriate. Contractor shall transmit submittals to Owner and Architect/Engineer as determined in the Pre-Construction Conference.

d. CONTRACTOR shall also have reviewed and coordinated each Shop Drawing or Sample with other Shop Drawings and Samples and with the requirements of the Work and the Contract Documents.
2. Each submittal shall bear a stamp or specific written indication that CONTRACTOR has satisfied CONTRACTOR’s obligations under the Contract Documents with respect to CONTRACTOR’s review and approval of that submittal.
3. At the time of each submittal, CON- TRACTOR shall give ENGINEER specific written notice of such variations, if any, that the Shop Draw- ing or Sample submitted may have from the require- ments of the Contract Documents, such notice to be in a written communication separate from the submittal; and, in addition, shall cause a specific notation to be made on each Shop Drawing and Sample submitted to ENGINEER for review and approval of each such variation.
Submittal Procedures. In consultation with the District and the Project Manager, Architect shall assist in the development and implementation of forms, documents and procedures for the handling, review and processing of Submittals required for the Work.
Submittal Procedures. 1. The Design-Build Entity will follow the following procedures for each Submittal, Shop Drawing and Sample required by the Contract Documents:
a. Transmit three (3) copies of each with a Submittal Transmittal.
b. Transmittals will be sequentially numbered. The Design-Build Entity to mark revised Submittals with original number and sequential alphabetic suffix.
c. Each Submittal will identify the Project, the Design-Build Entity, Subcontractor and supplier, pertinent Construction Document and detail number, and specification section number appropriate to the Submittal.
d. Design-Build Entity GC to submit to the Design-Build Entity design professional with copy to District Representative. District Representative to coordinate any needed District review and provide feedback to Design- Build Entity design professional who will compile comprehensive response to the Design-Build Entity GC, copying District Representative.
e. The Design-Build Entity must sign each Submittal, certifying that it has reviewed and approved the Submittal, verified products required, field dimensions, adjacent construction work, and that coordination of information is according to requirements of the Project and Contract Documents.
f. Identify variations in Contract Documents and product or system limitations that may differ and/or be detrimental to successful performance of completed Work.
g. When a Submittal is revised for resubmission, the Design-Build Entity shall promptly address District comments and resubmit. The Design-Build Entity shall identify changes made since previous submission.
h. District’s review of Submittals shall not relieve the Design-Build Entity from responsibility for deviations from the Contract Documents unless the Design-Build Entity has, in writing, called District’s attention to such deviations at time of submission and District’s has taken no exception to the deviation. District’s review of Submittals shall not relieve the Design- Build Entity from responsibility for errors in the Submittals.
i. Submittals not required by the Construction Documents or requested by District’s Representative will not be acknowledged or processed.
j. Incomplete Submittals will not be reviewed by District’s Representative. Delays resulting from incomplete submittals are not the responsibility of District’s Representative.
k. The Design-Build Entity shall not be entitled to any extension of the Project Completion Date as a result of the Submittal process.
Submittal Procedures. The Construction Manager shall establish and implement procedures with the Architect and coordinate and review shop drawing submittals, requests for information, samples, product data, change orders, payment requests, material delivery dates and other procedures; and maintain logs, files and other necessary documentation. Construction Manager shall assist the Architect and the District’s inspector with monitoring the certified payroll for the Project. The Construction Manager shall coordinate the dissemination of any information regarding submittals and consult with the Architect and the District if any Contractor requests interpretations of the meaning and intent of the Contract Documents, and assist in the resolution of questions which may arise.

Submittal Procedures. The Construction Manager shall establish and implement procedures with the Architect and coordinate and review shop drawing submittals, requests for information, samples, product data, change orders, payment requests, material delivery dates and other procedures; and maintain logs, files and other necessary documentation. Construction Manager shall assist the Architect and the District’s inspector with confirming all contractors and subcontractors submit certified payroll records to the Labor Commissioner in accordance with Labor Code section on at least on a monthly basis (or more frequently if required by the District or the Labor Commissioner). The Construction Manager shall coordinate the dissemination of any information regarding submittals and consult with the Architect and the District if any Contractor requests interpretations of the meaning and intent of the Contract Documents, and assist in the resolution of questions which may arise.
Submittal Procedures. A. Coordination: Coordinate preparation and processing of submittals with performance of construction activities.
1. Coordinate each submittal with fabrication, purchasing, testing, delivery, other submittals, and related activities that require sequential activity.

The Construction Manager shall establish and implement procedures with the Architect and coordinate and review shop drawing submittals, requests for information, samples, product data, change orders, payment requests, material delivery dates and other procedures; and maintain logs, files and other necessary documentation. Construction Manager shall assist the Architect and the District with monitoring the certified payroll for the Project and tracking Prime Contractor vendor or supplier (20) Day Preliminary Notices and corresponding lien releases. The Construction Manager shall coordinate the dissemination of any information regarding submittals and consult with the Architect and the District if any Contractor requests interpretations of the meaning and intent of the Contract Documents, and assist in the resolution of questions, which may arise.
