The Bidder/Contractor shall be responsible for any violation(s) of the principles laid down in this agreement/Pact by any of its Subcontractors/ sub-vendors.

Equal Treatment of all Bidders/Contractors/Subcontractors. (1) The Bidder(s)/Contractor(s) undertake(s) to demand from all subcontractors a commitment in conformity with this integrity Pact, and to submit it to the Principal before contract signing. (2) The Principal/Buyer shall enter into agreements with identical conditions as this one with all bidders, contractors and subcontractors. (3) The Principal/Buyer shall disqualify from the tender process all bidders who do not sign this Pact or violate its provisions. Section 7 - Criminal charges against violation Bidder(s)/Contractor(s)/ Subcontractor(s): (1) If the Principal/Buyer obtains knowledge of conduct of a Bidder, Contractor or subcontractor, or of an employee or a representative or an associate of a Bidder, Contractor of subcontractor which constitutes corruption or if the Principal has substantive suspicion in this regard, the Principal/Buyer shall inform the same to the Chief Vigilance Officer, MDL.   • Contractor and Subcontractor Registration Requirements Prior to the award of the Contract or Task Order, Contractor and Contractor’s subcontractors and suppliers must register with the City’s web-based vendor registration and bid management system. The City may not award the Contract until registration of all subcontractors and suppliers is complete. In the event this requirement is not met within the time frame specified by the City, the City reserves the right to rescind the Contract award and to make the award to the next responsive and responsible proposer of bidder.

  • Contractor Standards Contractor shall comply with Contractor Standards provisions codified in the SDMC. Contractor understands and agrees that violation of Contractor Standards may be considered a material breach of the Contract and may result in Contract termination, debarment, and other sanctions.

  • Drug and Alcohol Testing – Safety-Sensitive Functions A. Employees required to have a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) are subject to pre-employment, post-accident, random and reasonable suspicion testing in accordance with the U.S. Department of Transportation rules, Coast Guard Regulations (46 CFR Part 16) or the Federal Omnibus Transportation Employee Testing Act of 1991. The testing will be conducted in accordance with current Employer policy.

  • Fire, Life Safety, and Accessibility Codes The following codes, in the versions approved by the Georgia State Fire Marshal/Fire Safety Commissioner and Department of Human Resources, shall be used. The Design Professional will designate any additional codes or special modifications in the Supplementary General Conditions.
