Common use of Equal Treatment Clause in Contracts

Equal Treatment. Nothing in this MOU is intended to benefit or prioritize Members over persons served by MHP who are not Members. Pursuant to Title VI, 42 United States Code Section 2000d, et seq., MHP cannot provide any service, financial aid, or other benefit, to an individual which is different, or is provided in a different manner, from that provided to others provided by MHP.
