The Probationary Progress Review clause establishes a formal process for evaluating an employee's performance during their initial probationary period. Probationary Progress Review. During any probationary period or extension thereof, the EMPLOYEE and an appropriate superior shall meet periodically to discuss and review the EMPLOYEE'S progress. Such meetings will occur at least once every three (3) months, but not less than four (4) times during the probationary period, and be followed by a written report of progress to the EMPLOYEE.
