Equipment and Kitchen Use. Equipment and kitchen use fees will be applied if the off-campus Caterer uses any Wyoming Union kitchen equipment (dishwasher, food warmers, ovens, walk-in cooler and freezer, counter space, cleaning equipment, etc.). Equipment and kitchen fees will be applied on a per day basis. Attendance - per person Catering access – per space, per day Staging space – per day Equipment & kitchen use, per day 0-25 $25 $10 $10 26-50 $50 $25 $25 51-100 $75 $35 $35 101+ $100 $50 $50 The University reserves the right to review and adjust fees as necessary. Caterers shall complete a kitchen use and cleaning training before operating in the Wyoming Union. Yearly training updates are required for all caterers. Caterer shall clean food preparation and service areas, tables, chairs and floors after each event according to surface and material specifications. Any additional cleaning that is needed for the kitchen will be charged to the Caterer at a rate of $30/hour plus materials. The Caterer must provide signage at each catered event indicating the name of the catering company. This sign must be 8.5 x 11 inches or smaller and must be displayed at all times during the catered event (limit of three signs per event).
