Common use of Equipment and Materials Clause in Contracts

Equipment and Materials. if any furnished by the Trust Equipment and materials if any made available to the Service Provider by the Trust shall be the property of the Trust and shall be marked accordingly. Upon termination or expiration of this Contract, the Service Provider shall make available to the Trust an inventory of such equipment and materials and shall dispose of such equipment and materials in accordance with the Trust’s instructions. While in possession of such equipment and materials, the Service Provider unless otherwise instructed by the Trust in writing, shall insure them at the expense of the Service Provider in an amount equal to their full replacement value.
