Annual Calendar. 1. The number of working days for the term of this Agreement shall be one hundred eighty-three (183), of which one hundred eighty (180) will be instructional and three (3) will be mandatory staff development days. One of the two non- instructional days prior to the beginning of the new school year will be reserved for site-based planning and preparation as directed by the principal. At least 3 ½ continuous hours, which does not include lunch time, of that workday will be reserved for unencumbered teacher classroom preparation. With respect to the two non-instructional days prior to the beginning of the school year, the first non-instructional day will be a District day, and the second day will be for site-based planning and preparation.
2. The contract year for first year unit members will include an additional two (2) days of district staff development during the school year for a total of one hundred eighty-five (185) days. In addition, first year unit members shall be required to attend an additional four (4) days of district staff development paid at their per diem rate. 3. Contingent upon receiving funding from the state, an additional three days will be designated as voluntary staff development buy-back days for all unit members. Contingent upon receiving funding from the state, unit members will be paid $249 for each voluntary staff development day at which they are present. If the amount of the state funding changes, the negotiation teams for TEA and the district will meet to determine the daily rate. Unit members who choose not to attend the voluntary staff development days shall not be held accountable for specific content presented on those days. However, unit members are responsible for maintaining and improving their professional skills and implementing district and site goals and objectives and state mandates. A staff development advisory committee will be formed annually and begin to meet no later than the end of March to evaluate the current year’s staff development activities and develop recommendations to the District for staff development activities for the following school year. Annual Calendar. The Superintendent shall provide the Association President with a blank copy of the Illinois State Board of Education form calendar for the ensuing school year upon his/her receipt of the form. The Association may provide written calendar recommendations to the Superintendent for presentation to the Board prior to its adoption of the official school calendar. Such recommendations must be accompanied by written rationale for the same and must be received by the Superintendent prior to February 1st. ARTICLE VI WORKING CONDITIONS
A. WORK DAY / WORK WEEK The regular full-time workday is as listed in Appendix A. The regular full-time workweek shall be defined as the period Monday through Friday consisting of not more than forty (40) hours per week, as scheduled by the Superintendent or his/her designee. No overtime or other compensation shall be paid employees unless they work in excess of forty (40) hours per week. However, paid holidays (as listed in Section L of Article VI) and days when buildings are closed due to emergencies shall be considered time worked for purposes of computing overtime. Overtime assignments made by the Superintendent or his/her designee may be required of all employees.
Annual Calendar. Prior to the beginning of each Fiscal Year, the Parties shall establish a planning calendar for such Fiscal Year (each, an “Annual Calendar”) that sets forth key planning and finance dates during such Fiscal Year, which may include the dates on which the Parties will (a) deliver the Monthly Planning Statements (or the components thereof), the Demand Forecasts, the Responses to Forecast, the Operational Reports, the Long Range Forecast, the Preliminary Price Notices, the Purchase Orders and any other information that may be agreed in writing by the Parties, and (b) hold the Quarterly Business Reviews and Monthly Financial Reviews described in Section 3.11, provided that such dates shall be consistent with this Article 3 and Article 4, as applicable, and shall generally be consistent with the Purchaser’s internal planning calendar for such Fiscal Year. In addition, the Annual Calendar may reflect the dates during such Fiscal Year on which the Parties will be required by this Agreement to deliver Purchaser Pricing Reports, Inotera Financial Reports and Final Invoices. The Parties may alter the dates described in an Annual Calendar at any time, provided that such altered dates are consistent with this Article 3 and Article 4, as applicable, and are agreed in writing by the Parties. The Parties will agree to the Annual Calendar for 2016 prior to the Effective Date.
Annual Calendar. The Contractor shall produce and direct mail an annual calendar specific to the City of St. Xxxxxxx’s Refuse, Recycling, Yard Waste and Bulky Waste Collection services. The calendar shall specify Collection days for Refuse and Recycling. The calendar shall also include acceptable and prohibited items. This calendar should be distributed to the Customers by December 20 of each year, with review and approval from the City ahead of time as specified above.
Annual Calendar. The Association and the District shall mutually agree on the annual calendar for classified unit members which shall be available on the District website. The Association agrees that the student school calendar is not a subject requiring mutual agreement. So long as the unit member is guaranteed to serve as a minimum the same number of workdays established in the previous year, the District reserves the right to determine the starting and ending dates for service according to the needs of the District.
Annual Calendar. The Employer will send the Annual Calendar for the following school year to the Union after it is approved by CPS.

Annual Calendar. The annual school calendar shall be established outside of the negotiation/contract process. A committee shall meet, composed as follows: 1 Representative of the District Administration 1 Representative of the Certificated Staff 1 Representative of CSEA 1 Representative of the public who is appointed by the Board CSEA agrees to accept the recommendation of the Calendar Committee. The Governing Board reserves the right to accept or reject the committee recommendation.
Annual Calendar a. The superintendent of Fort Recovery Local Schools along with the District Leadership Team will meet to develop a school calendar consisting of 185 school days (including makeup days) for presentation to the Board of Education for consideration.
b. Professional Days during which the staff attends professional development, are counted within the 185 day school calendar.
c. Within the 185 days, up to 14 hours may be used for Parent-Teacher Conferences, Open Houses and Meet the Teacher Events. When Parent-Teacher Conferences extend beyond the regular teacher work day, compensatory released time shall be granted during a regularly scheduled school day. 1 compensatory release day is provided for each 7 hours of Parent-Teacher Conferences extended beyond the regular teacher work day.
