EQUIPMENT AND/OR SOFTWARE - DROPSHIP ONLY. In the event that an Authorized User requests the purchase of Product and doesn’t require installation by the Contractor, STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE/ACCEPTANCE doesn’t apply. The Contractor delivers the Product under manufacturer’s warranty on an FOB destination basis and issues an invoice. Upon receipt, the Authorized User can authorize payment.
