Common use of EQUIPMENT AND TOOLS Clause in Contracts

EQUIPMENT AND TOOLS. The Company agrees to continue to supply necessary tools and equipment to ensure that a proper job is performed. The issue of coveralls was discussed and it was agreed that coveralls will be re-fitted for employees within thirty (30) days of written request. The company agrees to maintain seven (11) pairs of coveralls for full time employees and four (4) pair of coveralls for part time employees that have completed their pro- bationary period.
