Equipment and Trucks. (a) Schedule 3.20(a) contains complete and accurate lists of the following assets owned by the Company as of the date of this Agreement: (i) all Equipment (excluding Business IT Systems) having an original purchase price of more than $5,000, identifying each piece of Equipment by manufacturer and description; (ii) all Business IT Systems having an original purchase price of more than $5,000, identifying each piece of Business IT Systems by manufacturer and description; and (iii) all Trucks, identifying each Truck by make, year, and vehicle identification number.
