Common use of Equipment at a Receipt Station Clause in Contracts

Equipment at a Receipt Station. Except to the extent to which the Service Provider has agreed to provide them under this Agreement, the Service Provider may require the User to provide any or all of the following systems at a Receipt Station: (a) a Filtration and Liquid Separation System; (b) a Gas Quantity Measurement System; (c) a Flow and Pressure Control System; and (d) if the Service Provider reasonably requires, a Gas Quality Measurement System.
