Common use of Equipment at a Receipt Station Clause in Contracts

Equipment at a Receipt Station. Except to the extent to which ActewAGL has agreed to provide them under this Agreement, ActewAGL may require the User to provide any or all of the following systems at a Receipt Station: (a) a Filtration and Liquid Separation System; (b) a Gas Quantity Measurement System; (c) a Flow and Pressure Control System; and (d) if ActewAGL reasonably requires, a Gas Quality Measurement System.
