Equipment Failures. In the event of equipment failures beyond Chase's control, Chase shall, at no additional expense to the Fund, take reasonable steps to minimize service interruptions but shall not have liability with respect thereto. Chase shall maintain a disaster recovery program, that includes back-up systems, reasonably designed to minimize the interruption of custody service to clients.
