Dedicated Team Clause Samples

The Dedicated Team clause establishes that a specific group of individuals will be assigned exclusively to work on a particular project or for a particular client. In practice, this means the service provider commits certain personnel whose time and efforts are focused solely on the client's needs, often prohibiting their assignment to other projects during the engagement. This clause ensures continuity, specialized attention, and accountability, addressing concerns about resource allocation and the quality of service delivered.
