Common use of Equipment Insurance Clause in Contracts

Equipment Insurance. Insurance shall be maintained on all equipment and facilities, including fixtures, funded in whole or in part under this Agreement to replacement cost. The insurance shall include, at a minimum, insurance against loss or damage beyond the user's control, theft, fire or natural catastrophe. The Cities shall be shown as lien holders on all policies.
