Travel Accident Insurance. We agree to provide you with Travel Accident Insurance at no direct cost to you. You, your spouse and unmarried dependent children will be automatically insured against accidental bodily injuries or death while riding in any aircraft or land or water conveyance operated by a common carrier licensed to carry passengers for hire provided the full travel fare(s) has been charged to your Account. Death benefits will be paid to the estate of the insured; all other benefits will be paid to the insured. This insurance is subject to cancellation without prior notice. You understand and agree that the Certificate of Insurance controls all insurance terms and conditions to the exclusion of any statements made in this Agreement regarding limitations, exclusions, and claims procedures.
Travel Accident Insurance. 33-1 The Travel Accident Insurance Plan shall be as provided by the University. It may be amended, but not eliminated, by the University, except that the following, without cost to an employee and consistent with the terms of the Plan, shall not be changed during the term of this Agreement:
Travel Accident Insurance. The Employer will provide a Travel Accident Insurance Plan to cover employees against accidental death when travelling on Employer business with a benefit level of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000). The trip destination must be a distance of over 40 kilometres outside of the employee's Regional Transit Service Area, i.e. Greater Vancouver. The Travel Accident Insurance Plan does not cover everyday travel to and from work nor does it cover travel required in the performance of normal job duties. This insurance is in addition to basic Group Life Insurance and premiums are paid by the Employer.
Travel Accident Insurance. 5.1. For the duration of this Agreement the University shall provide, at no cost to the BUFM, $50,000 of accidental death and dismemberment insurance while traveling on University business. All substantive travel accident insurance benefits shall be substantially equivalent to those that existed as of January 1, 2016, including dismemberment benefits ranging from $12,000 to $50,000.
Travel Accident Insurance. The Employer will insure the life of every member against accidental death while the member is traveling within the scope of his or her State employment in the amount of $100,000.00.
Travel Accident Insurance. Oakland shall provide all full-time faculty members travel accident insurance coverage. All accident insurance coverage provided pursuant to this paragraph shall be in effect for full-time faculty members and cover them against all risks delineated in said master policy whether or not they are in the course of Oakland's business at the time of their insured loss. Oakland shall pay the full cost of such insurance.
Travel Accident Insurance. The school district shall pay the premium for the plan in force on the effective date of these terms and conditions of employment.
Travel Accident Insurance. Regular employees will be covered under a Travel Accident Insurance Plan for amounts up to $150,000 against death or injury sustained while travelling on company business.
Travel Accident Insurance. The University shall provide, without cost to the employee, travel accident insurance covering accidental death and dismemberment for employees, while they are travelling away from their work site on University business. The coverage provided is in the principal sum of one hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) for accidental death and dismemberment indemnity (policy details available on request). The University will provide a copy of the insurance policy to the Union. The foregoing outline is in accordance with the provisions of the insurance contract but does not confer any contractual or other rights. All rights with respect to the benefits of an insured person will be governed solely by the policy.
Travel Accident Insurance. 1.0 All eligible Members employed full-time at the University are covered for accidental death or dismemberment while travelling anywhere in the world outside the corporate limits of Antigonish except for areas identified by the carrier to be excluded, provided they are on the business of the University.
