Common use of Equipment List and Locations Clause in Contracts

Equipment List and Locations. Annexed hereto as Schedule 7.16 is a computer printout from Borrower’s books and records showing substantially all of Borrower’s Equipment (except for items of Equipment which in the aggregate do not have material value), and describing the places where the same is located. All Equipment is free and clear of all Liens and security interests voluntarily created by Borrower in favor of any Person other than Lender, except as set forth on Schedule 7.16, and to the best of Borrower’s knowledge, there are no other Liens or security interests encumbering any Equipment.
