Common use of Equipment Location Clause in Contracts

Equipment Location. The Equipment will be located at Customer’s facilities as described on the Quote attached to this Agreement. Any subsequent Equipment resale or removal to a new location without ZEISS’s prior approval may result in immediate cancellation of this Agreement at ZEISS’s sole discretion.
